LEAP Update
Shangri-La’s new Life Enrichment Activities Program (LEAP) is quickly becoming a reality. The Employment Services Department (ESD) has been busy preparing the spaces which will be used for the different LEAP activities.
According to LEAP Manager Russ Estep, the program will start on Monday, January 25th. Hours of operation will be from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Shangri-La did change the counties through the state of Oregon. I did work in the safe shelter workshops which keeps all People with Disabilities safe. Shangri-La is now becoming a Social Union for all People with Disabilities to have wisdom and knowledge to get acquaintedly situated in different cultures.
