Valentine's Activities at Shangri-La
Shangri-La’s DD Housing and LEAP programs recently held Valentine’s activities.
DD Housing provided Valo-grams and delivered them to Shangri-La housing residents in Salem and Keizer. Valo-grams included teddy bears, plush puppy dogs, decorative plants, and candies, tied together with heart-shaped balloons. Shangri-La employees helped put together the various gifts and hand delivered them. Residents enjoyed receiving a Valentine’s gift and thanked the employees for them.
LEAP also celebrated Valentine’s with a Valentine’s dance on Thursday, February 11 in the new LEAP program center recently opened at Shangri-La’s Reed Road Salem location. Over 30 people participated in the dance and enjoyed yummy treats provided by Shangri-La staff.
